🏄♂️ What I Learned This Week...
Howdy!
Every week I share the business projects I’m working on — the goal is for you to be able to take action from what I’m learning! I’m excited to hang out with you and 5,432 5,483 other box destroyers today!
I’m asked what tools I use in my business. Here’s my tool list to help you with your money-making ideas. I’m also tracking the AI tools I’m using. Reply to this email and ask me anything - happy to help. A note: I always use referral links when I have them. I will make a commission if you purchase through the links, so thanks!

Ok, it’s official — I have changed the name of this newsletter brand to Build Income Streams.
Thanks for your votes and feedback!
Ok, I started using High Level 2 weeks ago and I’ve been blown away.
You can build sites, automate social channels, set up chat bots, create landing pages, set up SMS, host courses, create an affiliate program, connect with customers (CRM), and on and on and on.

If you’ve ever checked it out, it’s quite overwhelming.
But there’s always a ramp-up period for any new software or tool you add to your workflow.
One cool thing is that they have customer support available on Zoom 24/7 — you click a button, hop into a waiting room, and then they assign you a person.
So you can share your screen and walk through items.
This is how I’m learning the software — I’ve had like 5 zoom calls already!
I learn 3 new things, jump in to build that out, and then I have 5 new questions 🤣
But I think this is going to be a game-changer for my business.
You get 3 sub-accounts with their base plan for $97/mo — it’s not cheap.
But I’m running one account for a client as their marketing agency, one for my domain name outbounding, and the 3rd for The Mobile Rundown (my local media brand).
Once I get the hang of it, I’ll probably upgrade, as I can see running real estate marketing, among other things through it - and they’ll all be organized nicely in their own sub accounts that I can easily add my staff to.
Here’s my referral link if you’d like to check it out.
How I’m Using AI this Week…
I’m doing live builds over on my YouTube channel, as it’s interesting for me to talk through the ideas live.
I’ve always had infinite ideas and can bring the MVP (minimum viable product) to life.
I can think through the process and share with others.
I’m toying with the idea of building out my own events calendar for my local media brand.
I made this video 👇if you want to see how far I got so far.
Even if I end up scrapping the idea (which I’m leaning toward), I’m learning from each build.
Feel free to hop on the videos and ask me any questions you’d like.
I'm happy to share what I’m learning!
Now, a quick note from an email sponsor…

Domain Name Flipping [Update]
I recorded this video showing businesses a traffic boosting strategy regarding domains.
Plus, buying more names will help me with content in the DomainNameLovers.com group.
PS - you can see most of my domains for sale here.
Amazon Influencer Program [Update]
Note: I’ve made the decision to give all of my community (you!) my best tips I’ve learned at no cost. Enjoy!
I haven’t made any videos in months.
I’ve now crossed $4k in total earnings.
I have 120 127 videos.
(plus 75 videos from other creators..)
My total earnings equal $3,901.23 $4,223.27
After expenses, I’m making $85.35 $95.02 per hour.

But the real O.G. is my buddy Jared Bauman, who has made more than $40,000 per year with Amazon Influencer in his part time (that’s a salary for some folks!) — he shares all his knowledge in his course.

If you want to learn more about Amazon Influencer, an overview of the program is here, and my first update is here.
(If you want, you can check each weekly update. I’ve come a long way from $2.81 per hour!)
I was referred to a tool called CitySpark that may help us streamline our event creation.
I’m 95% going to sign a 1 year contract with them [$150 setup + $150/mo]
My team spends 5+ hours per week manually finding events to add to our calendar.
We pay $149 per year for the plugin.
I think my costs will even out and I can see if this makes our workflow faster and with less friction.
As you saw above, I still may build out my own, but I may use this tool over the next year to get an even better feel for exactly how I could build something better.
I’ll keep you posted!
[These are ideas we share over in the Local Media Crew if you ever want to join us!]
