I’m still on a high with no-code tools.

I’ve always had infinite ideas and can bring the MVP (minimum viable product) to life.

I’m doing live builds over on my YouTube channel, as it’s interesting for me to talk through it live.

I can think through the process and share with others.

55% of you guys think I should change the name of the newsletter to “Build Income Streams” —- it’s close!

I’m still thinking on it, but I’m leaning towards following your votes, so thanks!

How I’m Using AI this Week…

I’m trying to be a sponge and learn these building tools.

I’m testing out Lovable and I’m learning about backend databases (I’m using Supabase).

Domain Name Flipping [Update]

I recorded this video showing businesses a traffic boosting strategy regarding domains.

And if you missed it, I had a great conversation with Brian Harbin, a top domain name broker in the industry.

We talked strategy and what he’s seeing in the domain space.

Amazon Influencer Program [Update]

I haven’t made any videos in months.

I’ve now crossed $4k in total earnings.

I have 120 127 videos.

(plus 75 videos from other creators..)

My total earnings equal $3,901.23 $4,195.27

After expenses, I’m making $85.35 $94.92 per hour.

But the real O.G. is my buddy Jared Bauman, who has made more than $40,000 per year with Amazon Influencer in his part time (that’s a salary for some folks!) — he shares all his knowledge in his course.

📰 Local Newsletter [Update]

My team spends 5+ hours per week manually finding events to add to our calendar here.

We pay $149 per year for the plugin.

But they don’t have the ability for me to collect payment for event promotion.

With the increase in ability to build my own tools, I’m feeling more confident to potentially try to build my own tool.

I would even be open to a separate event directory separate from our current website.

We can manually scrape specific websites to import the data to review/publish.

Users could potentially submit their own listings for us to review/publish.

And we could give them the ability pay for additional promotion and for their events to be featured at the top.

I think if this build will cost me $500-$1,000 that the investment will be completely worth it.

It will allow me to streamline my event promotion and build a new income stream for my local media brand.
